ClaRoV Studio Program
How the Program Works
ClaRoFitness has developed a program of classes where the three main fitness elements are incorporated and will allow you to obtain much faster and more effective results. These elements are: Cardio, Strength and Flexibility. The Program offers classes that focus on these three areas. Cardio classes will help you improve your respiratory vascular system, while helping you burn calories and lose weight. The Strength classes will help you define and tone the body while reducing volume by burning body fat. Flexibility and relaxation classes will allow the connection between your mind and your body. That said, get to work, choose the classes at the time of your convenience but always thinking of including Cardio, Strength and Flexibility classes. Click on each of the Programs that we offer, there you will find the description of the classes and the necessary equipment to start your routine.

GLUTES AND CXCORE WORKOUTS
It's time to get specific with the Glutes and Core Class and target the body parts that tend to get lazy. When you think that most people sit for a significant portion of the day, it's understandable how glutes get under-utilitzed. The gluteus maximus (our strongest butt muscle) is one of the largest and most powerful muscles in the body, and represents the building block of an overall strong physique. Focusing on the glutes, we are also working on the rest of the lower body too, and while getting strong, we are avoiding potential injuries.

A strong core, from our shoulders all the way to our hips, will also improve our athletic performance and can deliver that ripped look. A lot of the exercises are done using the mat, and while they predominantly target abs, we are sculpting all other muscles in the core, including hips, glutes, and back.

Teresa will teach a CWworks format, with music and she will do fun routines that incorporate Glutes isolated moves.

Small, medium, and large weights and mat or tubing bands (below)

BARRE FITNESS
Barre class is named for the primary piece of equipment: the barre, as we all home we use a Chair as a substitute for the barre. If you’ve ever been in a ballet studio, this piece of equipment will be familiar. You’ll also use other equipment, like a mat — which you’re familiar with if you’ve ever tried yoga — or free weights. You can pick how heavy you want your weights to be, and your instructor will walk you through the proper use of each piece of equipment. They’ll explain how you can integrate the equipment into the class to get the best workout possible.
