How the Program Works
ClaRoFitness has developed a program of classes where the three main fitness elements are incorporated and will allow you to obtain much faster and more effective results. These elements are: Cardio, Strength and Flexibility. The Program offers classes that focus on these three areas. Cardio classes will help you improve your respiratory vascular system, while helping you burn calories and lose weight. The Strength classes will help you define and tone the body while reducing volume by burning body fat. Flexibility and relaxation classes will allow the connection between your mind and your body. That said, get to work, choose the classes at the time of your convenience but always thinking of including Cardio, Strength and Flexibility classes. We believe that our bodies need to be challenged with a variety of fitness modalities; otherwise, we will eventually “plateau” and fail to reach our fitness objectives. About Us - Meet the Trainers
MEET THE CREATOR
Hi Everyone, my name is Claudia Rodas. I am from El Salvador and I am the founder of ClaRofitness Virtual Wellness Studio. My passion is to help people in the most simple and realistic way possible. I am a firm believer that “Exercise is Medicine Movement”.
My background is Latina, and Latin rhythm is in my blood and led me to become a Zumba instructor. Afterward I moved to a fitness career and got certified as a Fitness Group X instructor/Water Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.

Claudia Rodas
Before the Covid 19 Pandemic Shelter In Place, I was teaching 33 classes a week in 9 different locations, including Gyms, Corporate and Health institutions. I was teaching Youths, Young Adults, Adults and Seniors, all from beginner level to very advanced. Fortunately, changes also bring opportunities. Offering Fitness online classes for example -- teaching online fitness classes became a necessity when everything was closed. With all my learning and experience and more than 12 years teaching all formats, I was able to create these Beautiful and efficient Virtual Fitness Program that brings to members the same variation of classes and workout experience as if they were still going to gyms or studios. These Virtual classes allow me to optimize facility usage across all hours of operation and provide a workout to those members who are ready to sweat just by simply turning on their computer or phones. Dana Carey
Teaching in fitness for about 6 years -- Zumba, BollyX, Aqua Zumba, Barre, and Strong Nation. Experience working with children (K-5th), as well as groups with special needs.

Luchi Boyle
Certified personal trainer of the National Association of Sport Medicine, specializing in personal training from Mission College

Emily Fromm
Pilates, ballet fusion, and Pop Pilates certified instructor. Former gymnast and ballet dancer.

Shana Jimenez
Certified Zumba and Zumba Kids instructor. Known for making your dance workout fun and inspiring you to have the “best day ever!”

Raissa Kelisky
Certified Spinning Instructor, Zumba Instructor and water fitness instructor.
Developed her own effective strength program.

Robin Lovejoy
Robin has performed widely at regional festivals, private events and trained with Fatchance Bellydance, Jill Parker, and members of the Bellydance Superstars. She has been teaching tribal fusion bellydance classes since 2007.
She is thrilled to be teaching cardio Bellydance via ClaRo Fitness and can't wait to dance with you all!

Ben Wandijanto
Certified Yoga Instructor.
I believe Yoga is for everyone, bringing functionality to the movements to keep body healthier and stronger

Geoffrey Washburn
Geoffrey has been teaching Group Exercise in the Bay area for over 14 years. He is a trained dancer and choreographer. He has an extensive background in Professional performance/ National theatrical tours. An AEA/SAG Union member for close to 22 years. Performances at Carnegie Hall, Music Video Awards shows, Las Vegas Stages, and Holland America Line Cruise ships are some of his credits.
