How the Program Works
ClaRoFitness has developed a program of classes where the three main fitness elements are incorporated and will allow you to obtain much faster and more effective results. These elements are: Cardio, Strength and Flexibility. The Program offers classes that focus on these three areas. Cardio classes will help you improve your respiratory vascular system, while helping you burn calories and lose weight. The Strength classes will help you define and tone the body while reducing volume by burning body fat. Flexibility and relaxation classes will allow the connection between your mind and your body. That said, get to work, choose the classes at the time of your convenience but always thinking of including Cardio, Strength and Flexibility classes. Class Descriptions

No other fitness program offers more diverse classes than ClaroFitness. We believe that our bodies need to be challenged with a variety of fitness modalities; otherwise, we will eventually “plateau” and fail to reach our fitness objectives. Our diverse class offering provides our clients with the opportunity to enjoy working out and transforming their bodies with new moves and a variety of formats.

ZUMBA®
Mondays, 6PM PDT
& Wednesdays, 5PM PDT
No equipment
A fitness program inspired by various rhythms and dancing styles. The routines feature aerobic/fitness and interval training with a combination of fast and slow dance moves that tone and sculpt the body.

TRX® Bootcamp
Saturday, 11AM PDT
TRX band or weights
This is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises.

YOGA
Tuesday & Thursday, 6PM PDT
Yoga mat
Can benefit those who need to chill out and de-stress, and it can also be used as part of your rest-day self-care. “Taking time to relax in a restorative/flow yoga class can have a huge impact on an athlete or regular workout person.

ZUMBA® TONING
Saturday, 8:45AM PDT
2-pound weight pair
or maraca toning sticks
This class is for those who want to party but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define arm muscles.

BELLY DANCE RHYTHMS
Tuesday, 5PM PDT
No equipment
or belly dance skirt (optional)
Fitness program that combines belly dance moves with aerobic activity and resistance training by alternating fast and slow Egyptian rhythms.

BODY SCULPTING
Thursday, 4:45PM PDT
Small weights
Body sculpting is a way to improve your endurance and strengthen your muscles using small weights or resistance bands while you are doing cardio exercise. It's the fastest way to lose weight and tone your muscles.
