How the Program Works
ClaRoFitness has developed a program of classes where the three main fitness elements are incorporated and will allow you to obtain much faster and more effective results. These elements are: Cardio, Strength and Flexibility. The Program offers classes that focus on these three areas. Cardio classes will help you improve your respiratory vascular system, while helping you burn calories and lose weight. The Strength classes will help you define and tone the body while reducing volume by burning body fat. Flexibility and relaxation classes will allow the connection between your mind and your body. That said, get to work, choose the classes at the time of your convenience but always thinking of including Cardio, Strength and Flexibility classes. Click on each of the Programs that we offer, there you will find the description of the classes and the necessary equipment to start your routine.

We believe that our bodies need to be challenged with a variety of fitness modalities; otherwise, we will eventually “plateau” and fail to reach our fitness objectives. How the Program Works
ClaRoFitness facilitates a diversity of classes that allows employees to continue working productively. We offer short classes adapted to office hours that allow employees to recharge and stay healthy. Your company can offer this service to all your employees through clear fitness. All our classes are virtual and take 30 to 40 minutes.

The variety is focused on providing Cardio, Strength and Flexibility classes, these three fundamental elements for the best results in a short time.

4 45-minute morning classes 7:00 am to 7:45 am
2 40-minute lunch classes 12:00 pm to 12:40 pm
2 30-minute lunch classes 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm
3 after work classes 5:00 pm to 5:45 pm, 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
2 30-minute after work classes 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm
