How the Program Works

The target is to stop the fight internally.  It strengthens your mind to observe your thoughts and feelings without fighting them or changing them.  With regular practice of mindfulness, the brain learns that it's okay to let thoughts and feelings come and go.  Learn more about this series.

Classes with Lisa will be led by Lisa Mendiola-Flores on Fridays from 10:00-11:00am via Zoom.  The first workshop starts Friday, May 7.  This is a 6-week program with 6 total classes.  The classes can be re-posted on video Saturday at 8:00 am OR you can get a link if you miss the class.


Cost is $120 for the session of 6 classes, (if you are a couple at home, just pay for one).
